Matooro is born with the aim to train young people in the hospitality industry from a management point of view.

The six months programme, is structured to give to the students the opportunity to learn every single step to start their journey in the hospitality industry, understanding both back of house and front of house duties, as well as all necessary knowledge to run a restaurant on their own.

Sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and industry in the UK and FIPE, our commitment is to transfer all the experience gained in more than 30 years of work in this industry at an international level, a training anchored to our tradition, but with a modern touch.
